Position Overview:
This position is responsible for supporting the loan accounting testing and administration of one or more client relationships utilizing SitusAMC’s SBO master servicing and loan accounting software. This position will assist clients with data management. remittance reconciliation, loan accounting, and key pool accounting and/or master servicing functions through the entire product lifecycle. Additional responsibilities may include testing of new system features, supporting client implementation efforts, and coordination with SitusAMC implementation and support teams to respond to client needs with our SBO product. This position works directly with the Vice President of Business Solutions and Support Management and will directly interact with clients to deliver solutions working across the technology and accounting services teams. This position requires regular client collaboration, engagement with internal stakeholders, and plays an important support role in delivering systems and services to SitusAMC SBO clients.
Essential Job Functions:
Executes on client loan accounting functions utilizing SBO
Performs remittance processing functions in support of client implementation and conversion functions
Communicates and interacts with clients via phone, email, or any other means in a prompt and professional manner as a front-line point of contact
Provide ongoing system and business support for clients including researching and resolving production issues
Direct loan accounting and system functionality testing to validate new development initiatives and Client execution utilizing the product.
Recommend business process improvements based on in-depth knowledge of available products, services, and systems and experience developed working with numerous other clients
Conduct user training and maintain and update documentation and training material in collaboration with the technology services training organization
Such other activities as may be assigned by your manager
Qualifications/ Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of experience in loan accounting, investor accounting, or investor reporting functions strongly preferred
Strong math and analytical skills
Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel including experience manipulating large volumes of data strongly preferred
Effectiveness and proactivity in seeking detailed information or data that either impacts clients or helps gain understanding of a problem the client has reported.
Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, follow-up skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in individual and group settings
Experience with SBO loan accounting system
Ability to read and parameterize adjustable-rate mortgage (ARM) notes
Experience testing software enhancements or bug fixes
Understand and able to reconcile custodial accounts
Strong leadership skills
Ability to manage direct reports

The annual full time base salary range for this role is ($85,000 - $115,000). Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies.
