Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics

While not essential, previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store is desirable

Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable

Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software

Experience / Background: Minimum 5+ years of work experience in relevant sales capacity, preferably in alcohol beverage or consumer goods industry.

3+ management experiences with increasing responsibility in a high volume, multi-shift operation dealing with large employee populations.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Operations or equivalent experience

Support Distribution Center wide projects and help ensure all deliverables are completed on time

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement using LEAN, DMAIC, Six Sigma principles

5 years of experience in rolling out national programs

Multi-site management experience in the veterinary, healthcare, and dental fields (preferred).

Partnership with the support team on matters of HR, legal, accounting/finance, acquisitions, payroll, recruiting, etc.

The Regional Manager is responsible for ongoing, tailored support to practice leaders in managing:

Daily operations, leadership, and administration at the local level

Recruiting, hiring, training, and employee retention of DVMs, support staff, and practice leaders

Client service, loyalty, and satisfaction

Schedule: 24-hour ED call coverage, 7a-7a

Procedures: Open & laparoscopic abdominal surgery, removal/repair of bowel/liver/spleen, vascular surgery, interpretation of appropriate diagnostic imaging studies

Support Staff: Trauma APP available during the day and some nights

Perform store balancing (bookkeeping) function to enhance a remarkable shopping experience in the store

Monitor customer experience on front-end

Pre-planning sales calls and maintaining efficient time management skills to ensure maximum customer contact and customer service.

Ongoing customer education regarding the indications, contraindications, and safety of Cutera products and how they fulfill the customer’s needs.

Maintaining updated knowledge of the industry and competitive products

Maintain consistent communication with Regional Account Manager on matters related to the territory, including accurate forecasting.
