Perform IT inventory (software and hardware), conduct IT department annual certifications and audits, perform customer support in common applications.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Previous experience in program management or event execution

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

2+ years of previous administrative office assistant experience at a studio, network, production company or talent agency

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel

Previous experience working with high-level executives and creative talent

ACC Program Activities (REQUIRED FOR ALL):

Complete bi-weekly timesheets and monthly impact reports.

Meet monthly 1:1 with your designated ACC Program Officer.

Recruit and coordinate local community volunteers to ensure buy-in and long-term sustainability of your projects.

• Experience working collaboratively within teams of 2-6 people.

Must meet educational requirements prior to employment start date.

Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and influence within an organization without formal line management and authority

Excellent written and executive-level presentation skills, including public speaking experience.

Bachelors Degree: Must have at least 14 years experience in DEIA that is relevant and directly related to this role.

Masters Degree: Must have at least 12 years experience in DEIA that is relevant and directly related to this role.

PhD: Must have at least 9 years experience in DEIA that is relevant and directly related to this role.
