Responsible for pastry department scheduling, hiring, training, retention, mentorship, and development
Monthly inventory and analysis – finished by the 3rd of each entering month – including sysco, segovia, gaucho, abco, etc.
Working service side-by-side as needed to support your team as well as constant mentorship and training.
