Responsibilities include the consistent collaboration with cross functional teams such as sales, finance, marketing and planning.

Responsibilities include providing support to the Senior Vice President and company leaders

Gain experience with business applications and tools such as Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel

Excellent organizational and communication (written & oral) skills.

Previous Co-op or intern experience is a plus

This position will be Hybrid – mostly remote and in-person (Subject to change based on safety/CDC guideline)

Candidates will be working alongside Human Resources professionals to assist with day to day duties.

The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize multiple projects and bring new ideas to the table.

Help update and maintain the company Learning Management System.

Assist with The OAD tool – Help manage invitations and results for new hires and current employees

Assist where needed with: Company benefits 401(K) plan Processing in new hires Policy Manual

1 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Assist with day-to-day operations in the Human Resources Department.

Assist with updating and regular maintenance of employee’s Paid Time Off.

Develop, plan, schedule and facilitate intern events to create a positive experience for participating interns

Effective oral and written communication skills

Previous experience in an administrative role

Assist in the continued development of the corporate intern and mentor programs

Support the General Office Human Resources team by completing assigned projects/tasks promptly and accurately

Continue to brand and improve the intern program to attract qualified intern candidates

Education: Majoring in Human Resources Management or Business Administration

Performs other job responsibilities as assigned.

Some skill in using computers and applicable programs, applications, and systems
