Ability to obtain their Learn 2 Serve Certificate upon hire required

Prior luxury spa setting experience preferred but not required

Providing guests with professional, therapeutic services using treatments such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology, and hydrotherapy

Lead, manage, and develop Robern sales team including Robern associates & manufacturer reps.

Must have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of field sales experience in a luxury consumer product category.

Responsible for meeting annual sales and income objectives.

Establish annual sales plans and targets on-time.

Create, implement, and assess the effectiveness of sales initiatives and promotions.

Actively collaborate with Marketing on training material development as well as with the continuous improvement of merchandising solutions.

Notify manager any time dish machine wash or rinse cycle falls below safety standard temperatures.

Some experience in the food preparation field in a restaurant, kitchen or dining area.

Knowledge of food preparation methods and operations, of kitchen equipment and materials used in food prep work.

Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine.

Sort and stack clean dishes.

Carry clean dishes to cook’s line and other proper storage areas. Rewash soiled dishes before delivering.

Proficiently use Property Management System (and related systems) to correctly process transactions, complete orders and accurately book/edit spa treatments

Enforce spa policies (service requirements, age restrictions, guest behavior, etc.) with supervision/support to maintain a relaxing spa atmosphere

Prior customer service experience within a spa environment preferred, but not required

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment

Consistently provide service and maintain cleanliness standards at a Forbes 5-Star level

Ensure accuracy of all reservations

Create and maintain a qualified and effective team of Revenue Coordinators and Central Reservations team leadership.

5-7 years of experience in supply chain management using relevant inventory management tools.

Demonstrated proficiency in inventory management and cost reduction initiatives.

Manage order placement and tracking for OEM suppliers.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field: Supply Chain, Business, Operations or Finance.

APICS/IBF or other related certification is preferred.

Gain a working knowledge of the inventory within the store, food safety standards, sanitation standards, and equipment use.

Customer service experience in a retail setting preferred.

Develop and implement effective daily schedule to minimize guest interface with chemical applications.

Product Information Management System knowledge a plus.

Understand how the product data management ecosystem works within Kohler Co.

Conduct research and use analytical skills to improve existent global style guide.

Knowledgeable of core Kitchen and Bath brands specially KOHLER.

Solid knowledge of English grammar required; good command of other languages a plus.

3+ years of working experience in creating product copy for commerce websites (manufacturing/3rd party retail) within the Consumer Goods industry.

Maintaining certifications required of position

WSI Certification required at time or hire, or required to obtain within 30 days.

Prior teaching experience highly preferred

Instructing swim classes and private lessons for children and adults according curriculum

Maintaining accurate records regarding class content and progress notations for all students

Maintaining a friendly and open rapport with parents; deal effectively with class disruptions when needed
