Youtube Channel Manager & Social Video Editor

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the Golf.com YouTube channels, including creating content calendars, optimizing videos for SEO, and collaborating with the editorial team to promote the channel through other social platforms.

• Edit high-quality video content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our audience.

• Optimize the channels for growth and publish digital videos across multiple endpoints, being critically aware of the appeal of content, how it is recommended, and clicked on.

• Write titles and descriptions for videos, optimizing for YouTube, Social and .com.

• Thumbnail creation.

• Metadata optimization

• Use analytics and data to inform content strategy and optimize videos for engagement.

• Monitor monetization effectiveness

• Continuously monitor and proactively optimize library content

• Partner on and implement commerce initiatives

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and bring fresh ideas and insights to the team.

• Bachelor's degree in film, communications, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in video production and editing, with a strong portfolio of work.

• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Adobe Suite is preferred.

• Experience managing a successful YouTube channel.

• Understanding of golf and the golf industry is ideal.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
