Yacht Manager Jobs

Arrow USA are expanding and we are looking to recruit an experienced Yacht Manager to join our Fort Lauderdale based team.

Job description:

• Forming part of the emergency response team
• Managing yacht compliance and regulatory requirements, audits, and yacht inspections.
• To proactively oversee the daily operations, crew, and client relationships for a select fleet of yachts
• Monitoring and updating of data for the safety management system.
• Managing key stakeholder relationships with flag states classification societies, and insurers.
• Production of operational and financial reports, including budgeting and accounts forecasting,

Requirements:

The ideal candidate would have both seagoing and at least two years of shoreside experience in a similar role within the yachting industry.

We are looking for highly motivated self-starters who can work independently and travel as needed, the candidate should possess excellent administrative and verbal communication skills and a working knowledge of maritime rules and regulations such as IMO,MLC, SOLAS, ISM/ISPS. Preference will be given to candidates with prior auditing and vessel inspection experience.
