As an ECS agent, you will receive a starting pay of $10/hour for a minimum of 40 hours per week, or $8/hour for less than 40 hours per week. In addition to the base pay, we offer performance-based bonuses and incentives, which are determined by factors such as hours worked and customer satisfaction. You can choose from various shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime, allowing you to tailor your schedule to your preferences. With dedication and excellent customer support, you have the potential to earn between $30,000 and $60,000 annually. Please note that this is an independent contractor opportunity.

Responsibilities:

- Participating in training and certification courses to enhance your skills

- Providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude

- Using your home computer and phone to handle inbound phone calls, video calls, and live chats, ensuring outstanding customer support

- Committing to and meeting the minimum required hours per week

- Maintaining accountability in all aspects of your work with ECS

Qualifications:

- Previous customer experience is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.

- A quiet and dedicated workspace equipped with a desktop or laptop, headset, and reliable wired high-speed internet connection.

- Demonstrating professionalism through excellent typing, communication, and computer skills.

- Proficiency in spelling and grammar rules.

- Willingness to undergo a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessment.

- Strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving high customer satisfaction ratings.

- Articulate with an excellent command of the English language.

- Must be 18 years or older and possess a high school degree or equivalent.

- Authorized to work in the United States and reside within the country.

- Not eligible for residents of Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, Washington, DC, and Wisconsin.

- Access to a smartphone for system verification is required.
