Windows Systems Administrator Jobs

• Monitor and remediate system backup issues
• Administer configurations, access and permissions
• Provide on-call support and weekend maintenance duties as required
• Provide daily support of Windows environment: Active Directory, domain replication, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, DFS, MECM/SCCM, Win 10, Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022
• Monitor ticket Queue and fulfill requests/resolve incidents in accordance with the customer’s contractual SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
• Other duties as assigned
• Maintain uptime and availability of applications in Citrix
• Perform routine maintenance, patching and upgrades as needed or required
• Troubleshoot application availability in a complex Citrix environment, taking appropriate corrective action and/or interacting with IT staff, vendors, service providers or customers
• Participate in Operations and Service Delivery continuous improvement activities
• Execute request fulfilment, incident management, change management and problem management in line with ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) concepts
• Create and review articles, how-to documents for the Operations Knowledge Base
• Develop or maintain operational tools or scripts to automate the above activities
• Work with other cross-functional teams to provide seamless Service Delivery
• Perform technical user training as needed

• Familiarity with Windows PowerShell and it's commands
• Must be eligible for a US Government Clearance

• Experience with Microsoft Server platforms and technologies; with an emphasis on Windows Server, System Center, Active Directory, Multiple Domains, DNS, DHCP and DFS, and Group Policy Administration
• Experience managing and maintaining a Citrix environment in Microsoft Azure
• 4+ years of specific Windows System Administration experience
• Proficient ability in communicating issues, impacts, and corrective actions
• NetScaler - Load Balanced
• Proficient ability to grasp and apply new information quickly and effectively handle complex assignments
• 2-4 years’ experience with the following Citrix Modules
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• 5-7 years of overall IT experience
• Must be security conscious
• Store Front
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Self-starter and aptitude to work independently in a fast paced continuously evolving environment
• VDAs
• Shows initiative on assignments, exercises independent judgment and professionally executes projects with little direction
