Addison Central School DistrictWellness & Learning Center Coordinator2023-2024 Addison Central School District is seeking a full time Coordinator for a K-5 Wellness and Learning Center, located at Mary Hogan Elementary School for the 2023-2024 school year. The Coordinator will provide case management and direct individual and group services to support the development of skills essential to academic and social emotional progress. In addition, the Coordinator will provide consultation, as needed, for teachers and administration, design and implement student plans, and well as engage in district and school based professional development to support the well-being of Mary Hogan students.The successful candidate will hold a masters level degree in mental health, such as Social Work, or hold a graduate level BCBA certificate, and demonstrate exceptional student support skills, including an understanding or desire to learn about responsive classroom, restorative practices, collaborative problem solving, and trauma-informed strategies for elementary school staff and students. The Wellness and Learning Coordinator will work as team member both within Mary Hogan and as a member of ACSDs student services team.
