Job Description

Web3 Gaming & Community Lead

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Community Lead to take charge of our online community management efforts, particularly in organising and conducting Ask Me Anything (AMA) sessions. If you're a creative, strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of online communities, we want you to join our team.


Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and facilitate regular Ask Me Anything (AMA) sessions with industry experts, influencers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze community engagement metrics and feedback to iterate and improve the overall community experience.
  • Create engaging content to promote upcoming AMAs and encourage community members to participate and submit questions.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities to showcase user-generated content and success stories within the community.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential AMA participants and coordinate schedules.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, online community best practices, and emerging platforms to implement innovative strategies.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive community management strategy focused on fostering engagement, growth, and positive interactions within our online community.
  • Respond to community inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and empathetically.
  • Monitor and moderate community discussions, ensuring adherence to community guidelines and maintaining a respectful and inclusive environment.


Qualifications:

  • Experience with community management tools and platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences and foster a sense of belonging.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for creating and maintaining positive online communities.
  • Familiarity with [relevant industry/niche] and an understanding of the needs and interests of the target audience.
  • Proven experience in community management, particularly in organizing and hosting online Ask Me Anything (AMA) sessions.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and report on community engagement metrics.
