Location: Colorado Blvd and Mississippi Ave, Denver, CO

Schedule/Guaranteed Hours: This family can guarantee 30-35 hours/week, and are somewhat flexible in a weekly schedule. Ex: Monday - Thursday, ~11am/12pm - 6pm and Fridays ~11am - 4pm/5pm with 30-35 hours guaranteed each week.

About the Family:

• This close-knit family has had their current nanny for 9 years, who has truly become a family member! As she transitions out of her role, the family is hoping to find someone who shares her same passion for home organization, in addition to art and music, which she has shared with their girls over the years.
• One small, hypoallergenic doodle just joined the family! The family would appreciate help with letting him out and walks.
• Mom works in and out of the home, while Dad works from home full-time.
• Two playful and creative girls will be your charges in this role! At 9 and 6 years old, these girls are in school full-time and enjoy staying busy with day camps in the summer. It is important their Family Assistant have experience or be open to learning about food labels and meal-prep cross-contamination, as their oldest is medically gluten-free.

About the Job:

• Benefits will include (but are not limited to) mileage reimbursement, guaranteed hours, 2 weeks of PTO/sick days, and a health insurance stipend.
• The family enjoys traveling and would love if their Family Assistant accompanied them on a few of their adventures. They have a family home up in the mountains, as well in the Caribbean.
• Duties will include but are not limited to: grocery shopping, meal prep, errands (returns, dry cleaning, etc.), upkeep and inventory of the pantry and fridge, school and activity pickup/dropoff, scheduling and maintaining the family calendar, scheduling vendors, household projects, light tidying, family laundry, and clothing rotation for the children.
• Standard vaccinations are required including the flu, T-Dap, and Covid Vaccinations.
• A housekeeper is in the home 3.5 days/week to deep clean the home & help with a majority of the laundry.

The Ideal Candidate: will be active, engaging, and organized, with in-depth professional experience as a Household Manager and/or Family Assistant! The family is hoping to attract a candidate who has shown longevity in their past roles, has experience with children in the age range of their girls, and would love to see a 4-year college degree on your resume. Kindness, communication, and an emphasis on proactivity (both home and childcare-focused) will set the ideal candidate up for success in this position for years to come!

Rate of Pay (Gross): $28-$35/hr based on years of experience and qualifications
