Shift Leader Warehouse 7p-7a

General Description

• Team leading
• Responsible for planning personnel schedule of daily duties, including planning of vacations
• Supervises material flow processes of unloading, put into location, picking/staging and loading with help of WMS
• Can work in different shifts
• Shift lead coordinates all activities in the warehouse and shipping office.
• Communication with customers, plant supervisors and customer service
• Active 5S supporter
• In charge of correctly supplying plant with requested material and dunnage in a timely manner
• Keeps the logbook
• Help to control correct inventory / WMS
• Manages logistical receiving of material from suppliers (receiving does that), plant and customer
• Coordinates and enforces projects
• Backup and support warehouse manager
• Controls shipping documents

How to convince us

Work Experience Requirements

• Experience in SAP R3 MM, SD and WMS, Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience in leading a team
• High School diploma / GED
• Worked in warehouse for at least 5 years, preferred automotive business,
• Commitment, flexibility and motivation to work in a team Education Requirements:
