Near Glendale Heights, IL
I am working with a small, private yet progressive manufacturing company who is seeking a self-motivated and hands-on Warehouse & Production Manager to join their team. They are looking for someone who can come in and take charge in their new role. The position is located near Glendale Heights, IL and is not hybrid or remote.
Responsibilities
Warehouse & Production Manager – This position will be responsible for overseeing a team of 4-6 and provide training/motivation to those team members. This person will need to be on the floor and assisting when needed.
  • Manage shipping/receiving
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams
  • Review daily sales and inventory
  • Ensure systems are running as needed
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • Experience in manufacturing
  • ERP/MRP experience
  • Heavy leadership skills
  • Strong communication skills, well organized, and adaptable
