Job Description
Seeking a Production - Project Manager to join the team at a printing manufacturer near Niles, IL. As it's titled a Production Manager, this role will be overseeing a team of 7 Project Managers.
This Production Manager will be leading and directing the PM’s, which includes management and oversight of their Production budget. It will also be focused on working hands-on with developing the team and making an impact on employees.
Ideal Qualifications:
  • Ability and willingness to work hands-on
  • Packaging OR Printing experience – some knowledge of the printing/packaging world is absolutely critical, in an industrial environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree – Graphics/Art related would be preferred but not critical.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in leading a team
  • Avoid people with DIGITAL/WEB BASED printing background. :
  • 10-15+ years of experience total
  • ERP Skills - or general goos computer skills
  • Leadership style: someone that is a little more diplomatic in their approach
