Job Description

Bobcat of the Rockies is your dealer for all your decorative concrete products and supplies. Bobcat of the Rockies - Henderson is seeking a Warehouse Manager.   • Maintains all reports concerning the scrapping of parts.
  • Enforces all policies and procedures as specified in the company manuals.
  • Receiving and inspection of parts and equipment
  • Reporting of shipping and receiving discrepancies
  • Knowledgeable on all inbound emergency order records and methods.
  • Monitors and coordinates physical counts of parts and materials on an annual or as-needed basis.
  • Knowledgeable on all trans-shipping methods for emergency orders.
  • Maintains all reports concerning parts returns to vendors.
  • Attains short and long term objectives with good management/planning.
  • Coordinates efforts with warehousing personnel, parts management, accounting staff, and outside companies to dispose properly of scrapped parts.
  • Parts and parts systems sold and inventoried by the dealership.
  • Inspection and operation of all material handling equipment and tools.
  • Supervise all direct reports and provide individuals the guidance required for them to reach both their corporate and personal goals.
  • Determine causes of short- or over-item situations.
  • Monitor performance standards and measurements.
  • All shipping requirements locally and to all territory locations, including UPS, FedEx, an LTL.
  • Order picking, packing and shipping.
Qualifications
  • Knowledgeable on warehousing theory.
  • Knowledgeable on shipping methods and procedures.
  • A high school diploma, or equivalent in education.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication required.
  • Ability to learn proprietary software.
  • Contributes to high employee morale.
  • Maintains excellent parts, rental, supply, and sales force relations.
  • Experience in warehousing in a distribution business required.
Physical Requirements
  • Consistently exposed to outside weather conditions, fumes, and loud noise.
  • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate material handling equipment.
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, grasp or pull and lift objects. Occasionally required to sit, climb, and balance, kneel, stoop, crouch, and crawl
  • Occasionally lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 50-100 pounds and/or frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 20-50 pounds and/or continuous lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 10-20 pounds
