Job Description
The Warehouse Supervisor oversees all warehouse operations as a hands- on leader, serving and motivating warehouse employees, leading by example, and fostering a positive team-building atmosphere. The candidate will supervise, operate and continuously improve all inbound, outbound, and internal inventory and fast moving items movement.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skill, leadership, and conflict resolution
• Critical thinking ability and a proactive approach to problem solving
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel. Candidate will be trained for our inventory management softwares
• Able to operate either forklift, pallet-jack, picker equipment
• Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in BA, Engineering or Warehouse Management, Logistics, Business or related field is preferred.
• Bilingual Turkish and English
