Your contribution will be

• Working in close collaboration with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure that guests receive quick, efficient, and friendly service
• Preparing the guests’ bill, processing cash and credit card payments, and ensuring proper balance of the cash registers
• Answering guests’ questions regarding ingredients, allergies, and prices
• Taking and processing food and beverage orders, serving guests, and clearing tables
• Ensuring guests are satisfied with their order and making additional suggestions
• Attending daily meetings with Restaurant Manager and kitchen staff to discuss the menu and customers with special dietary needs
• Ensuring guests feel welcome by greeting them, presenting guests with a menu, and explaining the daily specials and making menu suggestions
• Introducing guests to the menu, explaining daily or seasonal specialties, and supporting guests with their meal selection

Your profile ideally illustrates

• Relevant qualifications or proven work experience
• Previous experience working as a Waiter
• Verbal and written communication skills in English a plus
• Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
• A driver’s license a plus
