Job Description

VP Research & Development – Molecular Diagnostics – United States

Mackenzie Stuart is currently hiring a VP for an innovative leader within Molecular Diagnostics in California! Built on strong foundations, positive culture, and generous benefits, this is an opportunity not to be missed!


Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and vision for the research and development team.
  • Hire, lead and mentor strong team of researchers and engineers.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with other teams.
  • Manage R&D budget and resource allocation.
  • Foster strategic partnerships with external organisations – travelling and networking.


Candidate Requirements:

  • 6+ Years’ Experience
  • Great teamwork and leadership skills.
  • PhD Qualification in Biological Sciences or similar.
  • Strong experience in molecular diagnostics.
