We are seeking a seasoned, dynamic operations leader to become part of our cross-functional Cloud, Support and Sales operations Team. As such, you will manage and lead a team of operations and support specialists and be responsible for the effective and successful management of resources, productivity, quality control, and support as established and set for the Operations Department. In addition, your main objectives include enhancement of the operational procedures, systems, and principles that enable information flow and management, business processes, reporting and identifies opportunities to optimize and streamline systems. This role will report to the General Manager of Crayon US and be a key member of the leadership team.


Other responsibilities will include

  • Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, combined with preparing and completing action plans
  • Develop, document, and implement a service billing organizational structure that is in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
  • Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, and manage the operations and support team
  • Key to this role is enabling and supporting our sales and delivery teams, collaborating with senior management to deliver on our strategic roadmap
  • Work closely with GM and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems


Your Competencies

  • Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity
  • Demonstrated results, highlighting the quality and customer-service standards; applying a solution-focused approach, combined completing audits and identifying trends
  • Facilitate ongoing development and upskilling across the team
  • Manage relationships with key vendors, track vendor pricing, rebates, and service levels agreements
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant area
  • 10+ years in an operational leadership role, ideally within the technology sector
  • Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions
