We’re seeking an experienced marketing leader to join our team of cybersecurity experts and own Blink’s marketing strategy and campaigns. Join us on our mission to help every security team achieve operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a long term PR strategy, including ongoing relationships with media, industry influencers, and formal PR agencies
- Plan and review a marketing budget and resource planning
- Own and execute Blink’s marketing strategy, with key focus on driving brand awareness and demand generation
- Be an active member in the company’s management, working directly with the companies executives to drive cross functional GTM campaigns
- Forecast hiring needs, recruit and manage all marketing resources - internal and outsourced
- Enable sales and channels; develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it
- Directly manage and hire marketing professionals for the marketing org and/or leverage service providers to achieve marketing objectives
- Develop, execute, and manage inbound and outbound lead generation strategies
Requirements
- Familiar with marketing automation tools, CRM and communication platforms
- Must be able to define content and strategy, and drive excellence in execution across multiple domains - PR’s, social media, website, written content, etc
- Power user of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram
- Domain experience in the security space and current cloud technologies
- Proven success designing and executing marketing strategy at early stages
- Startup background and proven success leading marketing strategies during product inception phase
- Strong data driven analytical skills with proven results of demand generation of SaaS vendors in prior roles
- 5+ years of marketing experience in relevant areas
- Prior roles as a VP of Marketing in security startups with enterprise B2B strategy
