- Experience with talent acquisition, employee engagement, talent development, and succession planning.
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing HR teams.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent experience.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to align people strategy with business goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
