Job Details


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as the Permanent VP of People in the Technology industry. As the VP of People, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our people strategy, ensuring that our organization has the talent, culture, and capabilities to achieve our ambitious growth goals. You will report directly to the CEO and will work closely with the executive team to drive the success of our business.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute our people strategy, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that we are constantly evolving and improving our people practices to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand, ensuring that we are attracting and retaining top talent in the industry.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including employees, managers, and executives, to understand their needs and ensure that we are delivering value to the business.
  • Partner with the executive team to align our people strategy with our business strategy, ensuring that we have the right people in the right roles to achieve our goals.
  • Monitor and analyze key people metrics, using data to inform our decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead and develop our HR team, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to help them grow and succeed.


Qualifications


  • Passion for developing people and building a strong culture of excellence.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • 5+ years of experience leading HR teams in the technology industry.
  • Experience with talent acquisition, employee engagement, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing HR teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent experience.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to align people strategy with business goals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
