Our client, a leading medical industry company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced VP of Global Business Solutions to join their team. This is a high-profile position that will require the successful candidate to lead and manage the company's global business solutions department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, global solutions, sales, B2B, partnerships, entrepreneurial mindset and held a VP or Director role prior.

Job Details


Responsibilities


  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the medical industry, including clinical trials, health insurance, and hospital partnerships.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and thought leaders.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.
  • Develop and implement global business solutions strategies to meet the company's objectives and goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality solutions and services to clients.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing global business solutions strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team as a VP or Director level.
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, global solutions, sales, B2B ideally within the clinical trials, health insurance, hospitals space
  • Strong understanding of the medical industry, including clinical trials, health insurance, and hospital partnerships.
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex business challenges.


Compensation


  • 25% bonus
  • Remote
  • Base DOE ($175k- $190k)
  • Commission
