3form is the leading manufacturer of award-winning, sustainable building materials and architectural hardware solutions for the Architecture + Design industry.

Definition

We are seeking a VP of Dealer Sales to drive revenue goals with existing dealers as well as identify and set up the company’s new dealer partners across the country. This position will be responsible for supporting the overall dealer revenue strategy for 3form and the general dealer program. The company offers a curated line of 3form-designed products that are easy to specify and install, including ceiling tiles, wall décor, tables, etc. As VP of Dealer Sales, you will have the opportunity to greatly impact the company’s overall growth, working in conjunction with 3form’s Material Consultants as they learn to partner with existing dealers and the ones you’ve brought on board.

The right candidate will be an entrepreneurial pioneer with a proven track record of success in setting up strong dealer relationships and creating programs for dealer training.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Implement overall dealer sales strategy for 3form to achieve sales goals
  • Coordinate and manage dealer training programs
  • Asses dealers’ sales skills and capabilities against 3form expectations and form strategic improvement plans where appropriate
  • Utilize the dealer dashboard to track progress and manage dealer partner relationships.
  • Build and implement a strategic plan to increase sales through niche channels and identify new channels for growth
  • Coordinate necessary corporate resources to assist in dealer development and growth
  • Advise and work on areas of improvement with 3form sales leadership and field-based teams and coordinate improvement strategies where needed
  • Coordinate with corporate sales and product leads to execute successful market launches with the dealer community
  • Actively represent dealer issues, concerns, feedback, best practices, and overall needs to Corporate
  • Participate in collaborative selling with the Field Sales team
  • Travels up to 70 percent of the time away from HQ office to dealer locations. Works from 3form office when not traveling

Qualifications:

  • Effective negotiating and closing skills.
  • Possesses the capability to work independently with minimal direct supervision to achieve individual sales goals.
  • A minimum of eight years of previous business-to-business sales experience preferably within the contract furniture industry
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
  • A proven record of results, working under measurable goals, and pioneering new sales channels.
  • Excellent computer skills required
