About the role
Loop Earplugs is seeking a dynamic and experienced VP of Marketing to lead all marketing for one of the fastest growing direct to consumer brands in the world. In this role, you will report directly to co-founder Dimitri O and have an opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's marketing strategies and future growth. The position can be based in either NYC, Antwerp, or Amsterdam.
As the VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading and expanding Loop Earplugs' marketing efforts as we redefine a category and expand into new verticals. You'll oversee a team of 80 growing to 150 in the next 2 years that is composed of Brand, Performance Marketing, Ecommerce, Customer, Studio, and Product Marketing. This mighty team has enabled us to sell more than 3 million earplugs to date and a projected revenue of more than $170 million for this year alone globally, so you'll be inheriting a solid foundation to build upon.

What you'll do
- Contribute to the general strategy of the company with your expertise and your big picture mindset
- Grow and manage the Marketing team, composed of Brand, Ecommerce, Customer, Studio, Data and Product Marketing
- Lead our Marketing and Ecommerce strategy, balancing out Performance and Brand Marketing
- Support and amplify our revenue and customer growth
- Define and drive the goals and budget modelling for your team
How you'll do it:
- You have 16+ years of experience in Marketing
- You have managed teams of 60+ employees
- A good sense of humor and an even better attitude are key to succeed
- You have experience at VP level in Marketing
- Your Ecommerce expertise is on point and always up to date
- You have a self-starting and learning-oriented mindset.
- You are a people manager and a coach at heart
- You have a very analytical mind and a data-driven mindset
- You have 8+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing senior leaders
