Summary


We are looking for an experienced and well-rounded marketing leader with a focus on lead generation, product marketing, and executing in the MSP space. Our VP of Marketing will direct and oversee our entire Marketing department. You will design, implement and monitor effective marketing strategies that align with our business goals.


Our ideal candidate has a solid Marketing background and work experience managing a variety of projects end-to-end, including brand strategy, product messaging, paid advertising campaigns, lead management, and digital marketing techniques. You should be very metrics driven and focused on quantifying results. Our VP of Marketing will report directly to the CEO and will oversee internal Marketing teams. You will also play a significant role shaping the company’s strategic planning.


Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that the Marketing department’s activities contribute to our company’s long-term success.


Key Responsibilities


  • Ability to write content
  • Partner with CEO and People leader on internal communications
  • Manage public relations and media
  • Hiring and managing creative team and strategy
  • Leading Digital marketing projects
  • Understand brand standards and cohesion
  • Knowledge of the MSP market and ability to be a thought leader
  • Lead generation and management to drive our ongoing growth


Who You Are


  • Proven ability to implement and lead marketing programs
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in software/technology
  • Well-rounded marketer with extensive experience in lead generation and product marketing
  • Proven ability to inspire, mentor, motivate, and lead a marketing team
  • 50-100M ARR experience
  • MSP Experience
  • Hands-on, scrappy and willing to roll up sleeves.


The estimated base salary range for this position is 180-220k annually. Actual compensation may vary and will be based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
