Job Description

SUMMARY (salaried, exempt)

As VP, Product, you bring strategic vision, strong team leadership skills, and a passion for implementing processes and structure for efficiency. You understand how to work exceptionally well with clients and the team for a seamless agency partnership, talk about our products successfully, ensure our products are leading edge and drive results, and make intelligent business decisions.

Your role is responsible for overseeing and supporting the digital teams—including earned media, paid media (such as paid search, social advertising, and other emerging channels), and website development (including landing pages and integrations) —to drive our company’s and our client’s success using these services. You’ll own pricing, profitability, scope, execution and vision of products. You’ll help ensure the team(s) is delivering consistent performance and distributing high-quality strategies across platforms to drive engagement.

COMPENSATION: Pursuant to applicable regulations, if this job is performed in a relevant State, the salary range is $150,000-$190,000 plus bonus potential. Eligible to participate in the company benefits plan. We offer health, vision, dental, and pet insurance. THE POSITION (Including but not limited to)

  • Understand the overall state of the company, where it can improve, and what it is doing well.
  • Stabilize product offerings and look for expansion opportunities, markets, and industry developments
  • In touch with customers and understand their business needs, goals, and objectives and ensure our product and roadmap are innovative solutions to their challenges
  • Ensure Digital and Website products are priced competitively, scoped accurately, and consistently drive profitability
  • As a member of the Senior Leadership Team at Agency FIFTY3, the VP, Product will take part in leadership meetings that create the overall vision of the company.
  • Contribute to sales discussions as needed to help show value, provide incentives for clients to buy and ultimately add to profitability.
  • Guide and direct the work of team leads and managers
  • Manage relationships with any partners we use to elevate our product offering or streamline our processes
  • Aware of competition and stay up to date with the overall economic landscape
  • Have a vision and direction for our product offering and create product roadmaps to visualize plans that can be used to share with team members and clients. Product road maps should show vision of enhancements, new capabilities, and when/how we are going to execute
  • Lead the team managing Agency FIFTY3's product offering ensuring our products deliver on performance, are high quality, and are easy for clients to subscribe to

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of product development and strategic planning, preferably in the property management or real estate industry
  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical and research abilities
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit, always looking for new and better ways to succeed.
