What we need:


As Head of Global Marketing, you will drive revenue growth and brand awareness for our SaaS and services-based solutions developed exclusively for the Apple ecosystem by directing all online and traditional marketing initiatives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. A critical focus is building SEO/SEM programs and overseeing product content, product marketing and brand awareness.


This is an Atlanta, GA based hybrid position reporting to the CEO.


What you will be doing:


  • Achieve the company’s revenue goals and objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with peers and employees as a key member of the senior leadership team.
  • Lead customer journey and experience by partnering with product management in translating customer/market needs into new feature development in our SaaS product.
  • Create lead generation programs to grow target markets, with a heavy focus on developing inbound marketing through SEO/SEM and channel partnerships.
  • Develop and execute event strategies including webinars, tradeshows and customer advisory boards, including relevant KPIs and organizational post-show best practices.
  • Identify strategic customer and reseller marketing programs, fostering key partner relationships (e.g. AWS).
  • Oversee the company’s brand identity management, including consistent approaches in presentations & style guides for internal and external applications.
  • Maintain and enhance the company’s online presence, including optimization of the lead gen process and conversion tracking.
  • Manage marketing to quantifiable quotas and metrics within the marketing budget.
  • Work with the Global Head of Sales and the CEO to develop efficient and effective marketing strategies and innovative tactics that support revenue goals for current and new products.
  • Excellent writing skills, including original authorship of thought leadership content and marketing emails/campaigns.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals focused on digital, content and analytics.
  • Oversee product content strategy which includes online training programs, expert content and building a network of subject matter experts, both internal and external.
  • Collaborate, identify and solve any obstacles to successful execution.
  • Build the MacStadium brands in key verticals targeting the CIO stack.


What Skills and Experience you need to have:


  • Proven track record in supporting and delivering revenue results.
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing objectives, demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to change, ability to prioritize and juggle to consistently meet multiple, short deadlines.
  • Bachelor‘s Degree required, MBA preferred.
  • Experience managing internal teams and vendor relationships.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Vercel, and data visualization tools.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience successfully leading marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Ability to present strategic positions and results to investors and the company’s Board.
