As a member of the leadership team at Daymon, the VP of Client Services leads team management, performance management, strategic planning, national coverage strategy, pricing / contracts and the Client Services and Sourcing divisions. This role requires an in-depth knowledge of the company, client, competitive environment, technology and changing marketplace conditions. What we offer:Full-Time Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life)401(k) with company matchTraining and Career DevelopmentGenerous Paid Time-OffResponsibilities:Drive the interpersonal exchange of value between the organization and clients; achieve revenue targets based on overall company and client strategies.Develops and implements the long-term strategy for the overall Client Services Team, including but not limited to, actively managed client composition and resource allocationMeasure and evaluate services activity against the company's and client's objectives and intended results.Lead both direct and indirect teams through prioritization, workload balancing/utilization, employee recognition/rewards and staff development to keep unplanned turnover at a minimum and staff morale high.Identify gaps and best practices in operational support to improve overall performance.Act as operational liaison for various IT products including but not limited to the Supplier Database, Supplier Portal and third-party time management, contract, and data investments. Play an active role in achieving Daymon"s annual budget and bonus achievementOversee Daymon's pricing architecture and client-oriented profitabilityPositively influence revenue collection, the overall financial transaction, and be accountable for top manufacturer relationships. Develop and/or maintain processes to ensure total organizational efficiencyAct as the final reviewer and signatory for Daymon's supplier-facing contractsOversee Daymon's North American Sourcing effortsTake on special projects as neededQualifications:Bachelor"s Degree required or equivalent experience; Master's Degree preferred or equivalent experience8+ years of experience in general/leadership experience in a sales environment, including full P&L responsibility (budgeting, forecasting, etc.)Previous experience managing 10+ direct reportsPrevious experience working for or managing sales agenciesExperience working with major retailers within the grocery, mass, club, drug and value channels, and have experience in the consumer packaged goods industryAbility to visualize and plan objectives and goals strategicallyAbility to direct, lead, coach, and develop people
