Job Description
Overview
HBR + Wilson Allen + LAC Group are seeking a Senior Analyst who will join our Client Engagement team to support our Client Success program. Reporting to the Vice President of Client Engagement, the Senior Analyst helps to drive growth within the Company’s key client base as well as supporting the Client Engagement team more broadly. A successful candidate will be able to manage multiple projects on similar timelines, have a high attention to detail, and bring a team-oriented mindset.
The Company is a rapidly growing, professional services firm that provides services to law firms and consisting of numerous subsidiaries, with operations globally in the U.S., Canada, and the UK.
The position is remote, located in the US.
Responsibilities
  • Liaising with Key Account Owners to drive adherence to the Key Account Program Playbook, and providing feedback for continuous improvement of the Playbook
  • Help drive revenue growth through providing support across the Client Engagement team. Activities may include:
  • Support the Client Success Program by:
  • Preparing materials and facilitating training sessions on Client Success processes, as needed
  • Serving as a subject matter expert for our CRM system and sales processes and assisting practice group stakeholders with CRM processes and reporting
  • Identifying and raising process improvement opportunities across the team
  • Facilitating regular reviews of key account progress at the account- and program-level
  • Analyzing data to identify trends in key account behavior, preferences, and market insights
  • Working with practice groups to draft sales proposals, quotes, and statements of work
  • Manage suitable turnaround times for all assigned tasks and projects
  • Preparing timely and accurate key account reporting and analysis for decision-making and strategic planning of the Client Engagement team and Practice Group Leaders
  • Preparing internal communications on behalf of Client Engagement
  • Assisting with tactical activities related to our strategic alliance partnerships, such as managing charters and trackers, coordinating meetings, monitoring metrics and supporting marketing activities
  • Provide research and assistance for special projects as assigned
  • Performing ad-hoc data analysis/reporting requests from varying stakeholders
Qualifications
  • Team player with strong intrapersonal skills and able to prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Highly proficient in all MS office tools
  • Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite CRM or an alternate CRM tool
  • 3-5 years working in a sales operations, account management or consulting role
  • Bachelor’s Degree required;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
