Analytics & Marketing Senior Associate

The Analytics & Marketing Senior Associate position is critical, especially as the firm continues its strong growth trajectory. S/he will be involved in almost every facet of the business and will work closely with Pinnacle’s President and Partners on key business analysis and reporting, new client acquisition, marketing of the firm, and finding talent for executive searches. As we scale, the Analytics & Marketing Senior Associate will partner with the diverse team of search consultants and researchers on searches, playing an important role in building, developing, and retaining client partnerships. S/he also will have the opportunity to work closely with our third-party vendor partners, including LinkedIn and our candidate management system provider (among others), owning many aspects of the relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience with social media preferred
• Easily adapts to different work and communication styles
• Works effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, or a related discipline
• Knowledgeable about a wide range of businesses, industries, and roles (e.g., Finance & Accounting, Operations, Strategy, Corporate Development, M&A Integration)
• Minimum of three years of experience working with data and analytics
• Experience working with relevant candidate research support technologies (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, Indeed), or the ability to get up the learning curve quickly
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong working experience with Tableau or other BI tools is a plus
• Has a knack for marketing
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Creative, wide-reaching research skills
