The Financial Aid Officer position is vital to the success of our students. A successful professional in this role will ensure a positive student financial aid experience for the student and their family, will have a passion for helping people understand and feel confident about the sometimes confusing financial aid process, will thrive in a team-oriented collaborative work environment, will maintain strict compliance, and will commit to provided exceptional customer service.
Your responsibilities will include developing, negotiating, and finalizing student financial aid plans in accordance with state, federal, accreditation, and company policies and regulations for awarding and packaging financial aid for our CHCP-Fort Worth students. This includes advising students about financial aid available based on their acceptance and other matters relevant to student financial aid planning and packaging.

Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of the CampusVue database (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of federal and state regulations which may impact Title IV funding.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
- Previous experience working with and technical knowledge of student financial aid programs preferred.
- At least two years experience working in a post-secondary institution.
