A Qualified Virtual Contact Center Supervisor Will Supervise a Team Of Guides And Has


Tactis is adding to its experience delivery team.


  • Supervisory Experience. you have a minimum of 3 year's experience of supervisory experience in overseeing call center, customer service, and inquiry response operations
  • Education. you have at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Call Center Experience. you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in providing customer service or technical support in a call center.


About This Position


  • Remote. this position works 100% from a dedicated home office.
  • Regular. this is a full-time direct hire position.
  • EVENING SHIFT- 1PM-10PM EST
