ABOUT LOVESHACKFANCY

LoveShackFancy began in 2013 with a beach-to-ballroom hand-dyed halter dress that founder and creative director Rebecca Hessel Cohen made for her bridal party. Over time, that one article of clothing, created to celebrate love, has turned into a world filled with all things romantic, dreamy and drenched in optimism — from clothing to tabletop, bedding, swim, ski, travel accessories, shoes and more.

This internship is an unpaid role and the candidate MUST receive academic credit as a requirement.

Key Responsibilities

• Help organize the showroom for market appointments with retail companies
• Work on special projects and other duties as needed
• Help enter orders into Joor Software
• Provide background information/research on third party companies to prepare for meetings
• Attend and take notes on relevant meetings (must be organized/efficient)
• Monitor news/business development for new opportunities

• Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new programs quickly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have clear understanding of the LoveShackFancy brand and aesthetic.
