Job Description
The Human Resources Assistant will support the benefits team by performing the following duties:
  • Provide customer service support to employees, assisting them with questions and directing them to the appropriate person or resource.
  • Assist Benefits Analyst with audits relating to monthly billing.
  • Answering phone calls
  • Assisting Benefits Director and Benefits Analyst with projects as needed.
  • Responsible for conducting audits of benefits data across multiple platforms. (Comparing data between systems, no benefits knowledge required).
  • Responding to emails
