To make Krispy Kreme’s in-shop experience even sweeter, many shops across the globe feature the brands one-of-a-kind doughnut theatre, an immersive, interactive experience through which guests can see Krispy Kreme’s melt-in-your-mouth doughnuts being made right before their eyes.
Krispy Kreme’s Learning & Development Videographer will be responsible for planning, setting up, filming, and editing training and communication videos, that are fun, engaging, and consistent with Krispy Kreme culture and values.
HERE’S A TATSTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Digitally splicing film and video to synchronize into one rough cut file.
• Assembling raw footage and executing post-production (editing, adding music & VO, mixing sound, color correction, special effects, CC, motion graphics, etc.)
• Setting up and taking down cameras, microphones, lighting, props, and other equipment.
• Archiving, managing, and maintaining video clips, master exports, media (music, graphics), and photos.
• Handling the review process, including sharing rough cuts, gathering feedback, reediting, and reshooting when necessary.
• Working with creative teams, instructional designers, and other internal clients to plan video shoots.
• Filming video in office and on location, including within doughnut shops and factories.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS:

• Strongly proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud Applications, specifically Premiere Pro, Photoshop,
• Experience filming and editing in a variety of styles: training videos, interviews, talking head, documentary, comms, social media style (TikTok, YouTube).
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time and experienced traveling with video equipment (batteries, lenses, cameras, etc.) to keep equipment safe. TSA PreCheck is strongly recommended.
• Degree in Video Production, Film, Communications, (or similar area), or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of filming and editing experience
