Videographer/Editor, Content Studio

Do you want to work for a Championship organization? We have the job for you! The Miami HEAT Digital Content Team is seeking a Videographer/Editor! We are looking for a skilled videographer with a curiosity about creative storytelling to capture compelling content for the Miami HEAT Brand. The successful candidate should be proficient in operating and maintaining production equipment, proficient in social media, and technically proficient in producing, editing, and distributing content across all digital platforms.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The following are examples of the various functions required. The job requirements are not limited to the items on this list.

• Shoot and detail various HEAT events while staying updated with team news and history.
• Write, produce, and edit content using both AVID Media Composer and Adobe Premiere.
• Manage, operate, and maintain studio equipment, with expertise in Adobe Premiere, color grading techniques, audio and lighting equipment, Cinema cameras, and DSLR cameras.
• Operate and manage Content Studio and Arena Broadcast systems.
• Must be able to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
• Undertake field-producing responsibilities including research, interviews, and crew coordination.
• Manage and archive digital content and assist with the archival of the video library.
• Execute live broadcasts both in-studio and remotely.
• Understand and operate a range of media production systems and software. Serve as media liaison and lead all aspects of footage distribution and streaming.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical training, with 3 years of broadcast production experience, inclusive of videography, field producing, remote productions, and editing. Proficiency in broadcasting language and terminology, Adobe Photoshop & After Effects, Adobe Premiere, color grading techniques, and basic software applications is a must. Must have a US Passport and be able to travel domestically and internationally.

Physical Requirements

• Must frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift/move more than 100 pounds. Clear vision and the ability to adjust focus are required. Work may involve exposure to high places and moving parts.

Work Environment

• Noise levels vary from low to loud during events. The role requires flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
