Clutch is looking for a Video Production Manager for a contracted position with a client of ours.

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and feedback to video editors during the editing process.
• Ensure compliance with legal and copyright requirements.
• Develop and maintain production schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate on future video projects if the initial project is successful.
• Maintain a comprehensive project file archive.
• Source and oversee external vendors to ensure high-quality production.
• Collaborate with the director and cinematographer to achieve project goals.
• Assist in producing a documentary-style video from start to finish.
• Manage the entire video shoot, including logistics, permits, crew, and equipment.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders throughout the project.

Required skills:

• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with teams and partners.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience in pharma/healthcare is a plus.
• Must have experience with documentary style videos
• Creative mindset for content and promotional ideas.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Must have experience managing full video shoots and production
