Vice President, Project Management

We have an immediate opening for a Vice President, Project Management to oversee the project management of enterprise-wide initiatives.

You will be empowered to establish a project management office at HMP Global focusing on providing management reports, establishing guidelines, and governance framework. The role will focus on creating a stakeholder management process for allotting project management resources and provide insights around the department’s capabilities and prioritize performance management while creating an operations infrastructure. This critical role will provide leadership and direction in support of our project management department and work closely as the bridge between senior leadership (CTO, CMO, EVPs) and project teams. You will lead and manage the overall portfolio of projects and be responsible for the development and implementation of workflows, processes, and technology. Our project management team works cross-functionally with our Marketing, Education, Editorial, IT/Digital Strategy, and Art/Production departments. Projects range from webinars, print supplements, on-demand educational websites, and promotion for regional and national meetings.

The VP of Project Management will develop a process to holistically shepherd our work through the various departments within the organization while serving the needs of stakeholders via financial prioritization, resource allocation, and reporting metrics.
