Job Description

Job Overview:

Milestones is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team, which includes Account Executives and Sales Development Reps. This is an on-site position that requires a "boots on the ground" type of leader who can work with our team to close sales and achieve revenue goals. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership and a passion for driving growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales reporting and forecasting to provide accurate and timely information to senior management
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth
  • Recruit, train, and develop new sales team members as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and product, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with our company's overall goals and objectives
  • Participate in sales calls and meetings to help close deals and provide feedback to the team
  • Manage and lead the sales team, including Account Executives and Sales Development Reps
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Coach and mentor the sales team to improve performance and achieve sales targets


Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets and driving growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and coach a team
  • Experience leading a sales team in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience with sales reporting and forecasting
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Director of Sales or VP of Sales
