Job Description
Job Title: Vice President of Sales
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as the Vice President of Sales for our Automotive F&I agency. The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team. This position requires a deep understanding of the automotive industry, specifically F&I products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive dealerships, and other strategic partners to expand the agency's market presence.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they achieve individual and team goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas of improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align strategies and drive business objectives.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, provide sales training, and ensure the team has the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
Qualifications:
-High Character, positive attitude and a self starter.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the automotive F&I industry.
- Deep knowledge of F&I products, dealership operations, and automotive financing.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
