About The Job


We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Sales who is a creative, analytical, experienced leader who will manage the overall direction and strategic initiatives in order to expand and retain our customer base. The incumbent will be a key leader globally and will work collaboratively with the Sales and Growth teams to build an effective, high performing team with scalable team infrastructure.


As Senior Vice President of Sales, You Will…


  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify market needs and innovate new products
  • Develop strong, collaborative relationships at all levels and work closely with cross functional leaders
  • Develop and drive key sales strategies or initiatives
  • Develop, maintain, and share perspectives on the competitive landscape as they relate to sales strategies and product/service strategies
  • Measure and monitor sales processes in order to improve and enhance performance
  • Manage contracts and agreements to ensure that expectations are being established, communicated, and met
  • Be a change agent, and play a key role with implementation of new technologies and systems related to the sales and growth teams and function
  • Identify where improvements can be made and develop sales plans and strategies to achieve set goals
  • Possess a strategic understanding of multiple market spaces and leading trends to proactively identify issues/opportunities/solutions


Requirements


As Senior Vice President of Sales, You Have…


  • Superior organizational skills and the ability to follow through
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with strong business acumen and negotiation skills
  • Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Minimum 15+ years sales/account management experience directly in the contact center or related industry
  • In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques
  • Proven track record for sales success and hitting productivity targets
  • Excel at working under pressure and willing to switch gears quickly
  • Ability to be creative, transparent and adaptive in a constantly changing environment
  • Post-secondary degree, or certificate, with a focus in a related discipline
  • Proven tactical and strategic management skills
