Technology and AI Powered Commercial Brokerage seeks Vice President of Investment Sales


Are you an experienced and motivated commercial real estate broker looking for a new opportunity to take your career to the next level? While this position is remote, we are looking for candidates to serve our West Region and specifically focused in Arizona, Utah, and/or Colorado markets.


At Offerd, we leverage the power of big data and artificial intelligence to help our investment firm partners acquire and sell multifamily assets across the United States. Our expert team of Vice Presidents serve as an outsourced multifamily investment sales expert for some of the top owners/operators in the country, with billions of dollars in assets under management.


We are currently seeking a highly motivated Vice President of Investment Sales to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage our best-in-class technology platform, business development team, and company-provided clients and leads to close high-value transactions and maximize your earning potential with an uncapped ceiling.


As a member of our team, you will be responsible for aggressive outreach to predetermined lists of owners of multifamily properties, lead management and execution of campaigns, managing the transaction process from identified opportunity to closed deal, and building and maintaining relationships with brokers and ownership groups in targeted markets. You will interface with clients, brokers, owners/sellers, and executive team members while representing Offerd in a diligent and professional manner.


To be successful in this position, you must have excellent communication skills, strong analytical and quantitative abilities, and a proven track record in commercial brokerage, acquisitions, and/or investment sales. A real estate license in the state you will be assigned to is also required.


There is no base salary, but this position offers significant bonus pool participation and ongoing training and personal development opportunities.
