Job Description

Rx Group is recruiting a VP of Quality to join an incredibly exciting cell & gene therapy biotech at late phase clinical trials.


The organization has a strong pipeline of therapies in various stages of clinical development, and will be looking for someone who has experience of taking a business through clinical development and into the launch and commercialisation of products. The ideal candidate will have a strong ATMP background, with experience of bringing cell or gene therapies through successful BLA's and through the commercialisation journey.


  • Experience of launching commercial therapies, ideally in CGT
  • Owned and developed a quality function in cell or gene therapy
  • Proven success in leading large quality functions through BLA
  • 15+ years experience in GxP, quality management and leadership roles
  • Strong track record and experience of working and managing CMO/CDMO's
  • Ability to shape and define the organisation of the quality function


This is a senior level position, with the opportunity for an experienced, yet hands-on quality executive to impact the organization at a pivotal time in their journey, and help bring some of the most innovative and life-saving therapies to patients.
