As a senior leadership team member, you report directly to the CEO.
Direct Reports Include: Assistant Manager of Customer Support, Sr Account Managers, Content Specialist, Subject Matter Specialist, & Technical Support Specialist
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Alignment of all customer-facing processes
- Drive new business growth through greater advocacy and reference-ability
- Evaluation/improvement cycle for all stages of Customer experience
- Hiring, Onboarding & Training
- Increase renewal rates and reduce churn
- Make success measurable
- Define and Optimize Customer Lifecycle o Creation and execution of customer journey/customer success strategy for all customers
- Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction, and NPS scores
- Drive Customer Experience & Success Outcomes
Compensation: $150,000Base +$+$ Plus Bonus Excellent Benefits!
