Job Description
We are seeking a VP for Well being/Health and wellness to pay $176-200k VP, TR-W), the Director, Well-Being will be an experience strategic Health and Wellness leader with a passion for people from a holistic (physical, emotional, mental, social, and financial) view of the Henny Penny (HP) Employee-Owners to achieve maximum individual and organizational Well-Being for long-term sustainable personal and professional growth and development.

• Develop and implement Well-Being Strategy to increase the knowledge and awareness of the HP Employee-Owners in a fashion that empowers them to manage their total (physical, emotional, mental, social, and financial) wellbeing more effectively through sustainable mindset and behavior change.
• Develop and implement a holistic strategy that partners with and engages the community where HP Employee-Owner’s work and live.
• Provides Well-Being guidance to foster effective teaching, learning, and meaningful instructional programs resulting in the achievement of identified targeted Well-Being outcomes.
• Provides leadership in developing, implementing, and maintaining curriculum and Wellness Programs that respond to Employee-Owners as well as community needs.
• Leads Wellness Committee, and is a champion of Employee-Owner Well-Being, committed to building a culture of health, customized to fit the needs of the HP population.
• Manages and oversees the HP Wellness and Events Center, as well as manages personnel and partnerships for the HP Cares Clinic.
• Collaborates with external personnel to bring Well-Being events to HP to assists Employee-Owners in their total health. Acts as the HP liaison and Community Partner with various agencies regarding Community Engagement and Philanthropy.
• Manages, oversees, and executes various Well-Being activities and events internal and external to HP.
• Monitors and measures the effectiveness of HP Well-Being activities, events, and initiatives.
• Counsels, advises HP Employee-Owners, executives, and HP Board on Well-Being.
• Consistently demonstrate company values and expected behaviors.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Master’s degree, preferred PhD Health, or Psychology related field; or equivalent experience.
• 12+ yrs. Management experience in a Corporate Wellness Leadership role or equivalent. Preferred clinical and/or healthcare management, program leadership experience.
• Strong executive presence, high-level of integrity, strategic agility, and stellar judgment.
• Excellent planning, execution, critical thinking, and issue resolutions skills.
• Proven demonstrated ability to work with diverse styles and cultures.
• Ability to articulate the business case, and ROI for HP Well-Being Programs and initiatives.
• Energetic, highly collaborative
• Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
