They also have top decile returns on all of their funds. Their portfolio consists of 15 companies, with a track record of exiting 34. Their portfolio management strategy includes financial management, business strategy, strategic acquisitions, and exit planning. The firm's LPs primarily consist of institutional investors. THE ROLE

The day-to-day role for this position will include the following tasks:

·Leading deals

·Taking on a large amount of responsibility

·Assisting with 3 to 4 portfolio companies at a time

·Having conversations with CFOs/CEOs

THE CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in the following:

·5+ years of Buyside experience

·Deal lead experience

·Experience managing junior professionals

·Healthcare services experience

·Worked on all workstreams (legal, financing, equity structures, deployment agreements)

·Good deal experience

·Good add-on experience

·Completed an exit

·Worked with a similar EBITDA size

·Lower Middle market investment experience
