The Opportunity
We are the market leader in software products and services for the creative ecosystem with Creative Cloud, as well as for PDF document solutions with Document Cloud! The Digital Media (DMe) product lines target creatives of all types, as well as general knowledge workers, from consumer through large enterprises. We are looking for an executive to grow the DMe Enterprise business across the Creative Cloud and Document Cloud lines of business.
Reporting to the VP, DMe Business Customers and Marketplaces, this executive will be responsible for spearheading CC and DC Enterprise marketing and business strategy, unlocking new growth across business users. We see significant opportunity to expand our existing footprint into adjacent and new growth markets. We also see large opportunity to develop additional enterprise value through integration across the Creative Cloud and Document Cloud products, as well as with other products from the Digital Experience business unit, developing end to end enterprise solutions from individual point products.
What you’ll do
Lead global product marketing and business strategy for the Creative Cloud (CC) and Document Cloud (DC) enterprise business including identification and mobilization against new monetization and growth opportunities.
Define a clear vision for DMe Enterprise business and the GTM strategy required to win across CC and DC. This includes:
Total addressable market, market share, competitive assessment
Marketing strategy, value proposition, messaging, and branding
Customer engagement strategies that drive value realization and retention
Target audience definition, priorities, and customer needs
Pricing and packaging
Distribution strategies including partnership ecosystem
Directly manage a team across product marketing, go-to-market, strategy, as well as product management for end-to-end enterprise solutions.
Develop a business strategy for existing products and find opportunities for new Enterprise products and services based on a deep knowledge of the customer needs, market trends and the competitive landscape. This includes identifying strategic unlocks to win in a market / segment.
Inspire and rally internal partners and collaborators around the DMe enterprise opportunity and work together effectively to achieve common goals.
Collaborate with partners in Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing and Sales to deliver truly amazing customer experiences.
Own End to End product definition and experience for cross product enterprise solutions through a centralized enterprise product management team.
Understand emerging technologies, manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, from concept ideation, through socialization, planning, development, and deployment.
Own the annual business outcome for the Creative Cloud for business portfolio.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have a track record of success and significant experience in complex, fast-paced SaaS environments. This individual will be a self-starter who can work in a rapidly changing industry and can scale a high-growth business. They will have demonstrated success in spearheading groundbreaking product and growth strategies that have proven business value. Finding opportunities to collaborate across multiple product lines, and successfully developing and mentoring talent will also be key.
Additional qualifications include:
15+ years of product marketing and business strategy experience in a scaled global business with a focus on serving enterprise customers, with added affinity and experience towards product management
Track record for developing break-through strategies, inspiring excellent execution through across the organization and ultimately effectively driving growth
Proven success driving direct customer engagement programs that deliver increased customer use, value realization and long-term retention and growth.
Data-driven; understands and has experience using data to create delightful end-to-end product experiences.
Proven success in partnering, influencing, and collaborating internally and externally to establish shared passion and goals and drive flawless execution
At ease influencing peers, especially in product management and corporate marketing, senior executives, and sales teams.
Possesses excellent communication skills and ability to work across the most senior levels of Adobe.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $181,600 -- $455,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
