We're an established traditional and digital marketing company that assists high-profile brands with B2B & B2C a wide variety of marketing strategies.
Currently, we are looking for a Vice President of Creative to recommend, integrate and implement all creative output for our agency and clients. This person will report to our company partners and have full ownership and accountability for a creative team of about 10 members.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on creative leader who also enjoys leading creatives, managing a department, and creating original ideas that bring our agency's and clients' brands to life. We are looking for passion, confidence, high energy, and a commitment to exceed expectations.
This position is hybrid-remote, on-site 3 days/week, and near Baltimore, MD.

What You Will Be Doing
Report to our company partners
Manage a team of about 10 creatives (Associate CDs, Junior & Senior Designers, Junior & Senior Copy Writers, Production Designers, and Art Directors)
Collaborate with all company departments (Client Services, Digital Strategy, Media, Technology, Production, etc.)
Recommend, integrate, and implement all creative output
Inspire internal and external partners with your creative vision and ideas
Work hands-on, on creative projects while also enjoying the leadership and managerial side of this position
Develop creative assets for print, TV, video, digital, social, collateral, experiential, sales desk, packaging, and more
Partner with the performance team to drive and achieve desired KPIs
Ensure branding is consistent across all creative assets
Understand all of our client's business, brand, and marketing goals
Win Over a Room By Showcasing Excellent Presentation Skills
Engage in senior leadership meetings to focus on the company's long-term goals and growth
What You Need for this Position
An updated creative & detailed portfolio for review (you will not be considered without one)
10+ years in a Creative leadership role at an agency
A strong creative visionary who can see the big picture but all activate within constraints
Strong and passionate storytelling & presentation capabilities
Experience managing up to 10 direct reports
Experience developing and leading 360-degree marketing campaigns/creative assets
Expertise with traditional and digital paid, earned, and owner marketing channels
Expertise in delivering these types of assets: print, TV, video, digital, social, collateral, experiential, sales desk, packaging, and more
Recent hands-on creative capabilities (video editing, photoshop, video production, etc.)
Proven hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, AfferEffects, InDesign
Proven hands-on experience with some of these tools Sketch, Maya, Hubspot, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro
What's In It for You
$140k-$160k annual base salary (DOE) + Bonus Plan
